Like a good Midwestern boy, I followed in my father’s footsteps and began working as a machinist in a tool and die shop. That was 1988. I knew that life wasn’t for me, but I grew up thinking that that was what I was supposed to do. One day, my boss stopped my my machine and suggested I go to the open mic night at a nearby comedy club. Maybe he was encouraging me, maybe he was thinking of firing me. Either way, that night changed my life. I got hooked and a year later left Milwaukee behind to travel as a stand-up comedian.

Brackenridge was destined to become a comedian. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Rob has been based out of Los Angeles since 1992 and spends most of the year on the road, "bringing the funny" to audiences around the world. He tours regularly for the U.S. troops on the Miller Lite "Lite Laffs" program, and has performed in 10 different countries and most of the 50 states.

When he was six years old, Chris Barnes already knew he wanted to be a stand-up comedian. In 1980, he made his first appearance on stage at Sardino's, a local nite club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ever since then, this native Milwaukeean has been making his mark on the comedy scene throughout the Midwest, the South, and the East Coast with his storming style of humor. He was chosen to perform on the "Pops Talent Jubilee" on WMVS-Television in 1982. Barnes can be best described as a high-energy comic that will take an audience and keep them laughing as he interprets his experiences of life. Barnes is also the man of many faces; his personality and facial expressions will bring an audience to life. In 1993 Barnes was the Young Artist Grant winner awarded by the Performing Arts Center (PAC) in Milwaukee. Barnes has worked and laughed with such people as John Mendoza, JJ Jimmy Walker, Andrew Dice Clay, Sinbad, Bill Cosby, and many others. It's no surprise Barnes has become a national headliner, working in such clubs as Dangerfield's in New York City; Rascal's in New Jersey; Zanies in Chicago; Chaplin's in Detroit; Comedy Cafe in Milwaukee; and many others throughout the country.

Mike will openly admit that sometimes the weakest part of his act, is his act. He loves to play off the crowd and you never know what's going to come out of his mouth, for the simple reason that he doesn't know either. Always finding a way to incorporate the audience into his show, makes them feel as if they're now having their own personal performance. Mike started standup comedy 17 years ago in Chicago, since then he’s appeared in 45 States, none of them altered. He’s also appeared in over 40 countries most recently, two tours to Afghanistan, which landed him the role as host of the new upcoming TV series, “Dog Tag Comedy, Live from Afghanistan”. He’s been seen countless times on CBS’s The King of Queens, a regular on Comedy Central and NBC’s Friday Night Videos. You may also have seen him in the movie Stuck on You. Mike has appeared regularly on Galavision and SI TV and over 40 National Television Commercials. His ability to adapt to any situation and involve the audience into his act has made him a very sought after Corporate Comedian as well.
